The students on the current 3 month British Brewing Technology course here at Brewlab took part in a Britain vs American brewing contest.

Director of Brewlab Dr Keith Thomas has featured in the January 2010 edition of Food Manufacture.

Brewlab welcomed British summertime and wasted no time in holding the second Start Up Brewing course of the year. Places on the course were again in high demand, there were so many applications we took the decision to arrange an extra course in May to satisfy the demand. There are now limited places available on the May course so book soon to avoid missing out.

The first Start Up Brewing Course of 2010 was held on January 11th with 17 students attending despite the heavy snowfall in Sunderland.

Our Start Up Brewing Course continues to attract high levels of interest. The latest course took place in November and had a full class of 18 attendee’s. We were pleased to welcome both english and international attendee’s for the three days.
