The Start Up Brewing course continues to attract a high level of interest. The August course was sold out and we expect many students to return for more brewing training.

The second of our three Certificate in Practical Brewing Courses in 2008 brought together keen brewers from many different countries and backgrounds.

The April SUB course yet again attracted students from many different backgrounds and walks of life. We expect to welcome back a number of the students on future courses wishing to further increase their brewing knowledge.

Brewlab is extending its course provision in 2008 with the restoration of the Brewers’ Guild Fundamentals of Brewing course at Durham University. A favourite of the brewing industry for decades the Fundamentals course provided a week long introductory level course for all brewery employees.

2008 has got off to a great start with students attending our first Practical Brewing course of the year.
