We ran our first course of the year last week, completing the ever popular three day Start Up Brewing here at Brewlab. For over a decade the introductory course has been the trusted first step into the brewing industry, examining everything to expect from commercial brewing whilst covering all the design, premises and equipment requirements.

We welcomed attendees from a variety of backgrounds, all with the aim of setting up and operating their own breweries.

Following the course we ran the additional Craft Brew Quality and Craft Brew Packaging workshops. These intensive one day sessions are ideal for delivering specialist knowledge for specific areas of commercial brewing.

One attendee, following his time at Brewlab stated “Big thanks to Arthur and the team today. Really enjoyed the course. Came back with a handful of (magic) ideas!”

The next Start Up Brewing course will run just before Easter on Monday 15th– Wednesday 17thApril.
