After a highly disrupted year we have just completed the 2020 training schedule and now very much look forward to 2021. It was great to have the buzz of students around the place again – their energy and enthusiasm is a big miss when the courses aren’t running!
With a variety of precautions, a limited class size and lots of extra cleaning, we were pleased to welcome 7 students on the 3 day Start Up Distilling course. The training delivered enables attendees go on and progress their commercial distilling plans, covering all the process, design, equipment and legal requirements. Some choose to add distilling as an extra income for their brewery and many start from scratch.
Piero Alberici, who delivers the business and marketing sessions for the course said “It was great to interact with such an enthusiastic group, prepared to study new concepts and share their experiences. I wish them all the best for their future in the spirits industry”.
One positive piece of student feedback read “The team at Brewlab should be recognised and commended for their welcoming and accommodating nature. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were supported on the journey”.
The next Start Up Distilling course will run 29th March – if you have any questions or would like to attend, please get in touch!
