Laboratory Technician & Administration Coordinator

Sara started with Brewlab in 2019. She began as a laboratory assistant apprentice and also an ex stationery supplier of ourselves. Her background and working life was in sales and administration taking a whole new career path when coming to Brewlab to work in the laboratory, upon passing her apprenticeship her title and role changed to laboratory technician/administration coordinator. Sara thoroughly enjoys her position and never imagined she would be working in a laboratory.

In her spare time, Sara likes to read and get plenty of exercise.

Her favourite spirit is rum.
